Although Suprion Technology is new and unique, the basic principles have been employed in the construction of its predecessor Ion-Clean for many years. The research on the Suprion design concept was time consuming and extended over a decade to complete, including laboratory experiments, followed by extensive field testing and intelligence gathering from a rapidly expanding market for these quality products; more than 30,000 Ion-Clean and Suprion devices are in regular use in Japan alone in industrial, commercial, institutional and domestic premises.
