The system comprises low cost twin pre filters to remove suspended particulates (dirt, rust, chlorine, etc) in order to protect downstream components, high pressure pump, membranes, storage accumulator, waste water recovery valve, computerised control and easily accessible external standby by pass configuration.

The OSMOTECH series has been developed over a number of years in conjunction with HOBARTS - a major catering equipment manufacturer, initially to provide a continuous supply of demineralized water to compliment the hourly rinse consumption of single rack commercial washing machines. This has now been expanded with the model 320 for  rack conveyor and small Flight type  machines. (Higher demands subject to individual assessment).

Standard operation will provide a sustained supply of low conductivity water, polishing filters, ultra violet disinfection and other ancillaries can be incorporated to provide ultra pure water for laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical and numerous applications as detailed below.
